Cultivating your practices of mental health.

Welcome to my teletherapy service. I provide clinical supervision, clinical consultation and practitioner-research support to psychotherapists, social workers, counsellors and students of mental health. I also provide psychotherapy that focuses on life transitions, family and relationship dynamics, grief, spirituality and existential issues faced by mental health practitioners and other adults (30+).

I draw on over 15 years’ experience as a psychotherapist, as well as dedicated research and training in the theory and practice of clinical supervision.

Take a look around to see how I can support your practices of mental health.

Clinical Supervision

Experience a consistent, reflective space to help you nurture your practice of psychotherapy.

Enrich how you conceptualize client work based on the moment to moment unfolding of relational, emotional, narrative and somatic processes within sessions.

Explore how you experience clients’ stories and the different kinds of empathy this brings. Draw on this empathy to shift power dynamics, interrupt traumatic processes, facilitate therapeutic repair, and more.

Psychotherapy

Cultivate strong, compassionate practices of self-inquiry that help you gain insight into your inner experience and your relationships with others, including clients in your own psychotherapy work.

Connect that insight to broader patterns and dynamics that shape your world, and concrete steps you can take to shift these in everyday life.

Draw on these practices and this insight to help ride the waves of life transitions, family and relationship dynamics, grief and more, and to enhance your own work as practitioners of mental health.
